SHire of Belfast Notice to Ratepayers of the amount their properties are valued. I hereby give notice that I have valued the properties owned or occuped by the undermentioned ratepyaers within the Western Division of the Shire of Belfast at the nett annual value of the several sums set opposite their respective names. If aggrieved they can appeal within one month after making of the rate for the year ending 30th Sept 1874, to the justice in the court of Petty Sessions, provided seven days notice in writing be given of such appeal to the Council of the above Shire.
