THE BREAST CENTRE AT CALVARY CLINIC

- Dr John Buckingham's rooms

Dr Buckingham is one of several surgeons in the ACT who specialise in breast surgery. His rooms are in the Calvary Clinic, opposite the entrance to the Emergency section of Calvary Hospital, Bruce. Dr Buckingham sees a number of patients with breast problems, not all of whom necessarily have cancer. Here are some photos of his rooms. They are fairly typical of a surgeon's consulting rooms.

The Calvary Clinic is located opposite the Emergency area at the rear of the Hospital

Entrance to the Clinic. Parking is becoming more difficult but patients can be let off at the drive-through entrance.

A small cafe adjoins the entrance to Dr Buckingham's rooms at the back of the ground floor. There is a medical imaging facility opposite the cafe.

There is a pathology collection centre inside the front entrance of the Clinic. On the right is a photo of Mother Mary Potter, foundress of the Little Company of Mary Religious Order which conducts Calvary Health Care ACT, of which the Clinic is a part.
