1. ABOUT US IN AUSTRALIA

For overseas viewers, we especially welcome you and would like
to show you a little of Australia and of where we live.

LEFT - various Australian scenes and
wildlife. Some are well-known icons.
Others less often seen, are equally
special to us in Australia.

RIGHT - the two properties in Sydney and
Melbourne. Our cats are reared
in a clean, healthy,spacious,
rural environment.

A. OUR BACKGROUND IN CATS.

Co-owners are Denis, Cheryle & Rod
and daughter Joanne.

Denis is President of the Cat Fanciers Association of
New South Wales. The rest of us are members of
the Feline Control Council of Victoria.
These two councils are by far the largest
registration bodies in Australia.

Cheryle, Denis and Rod are judges.
Cheryle is All Breeds; first judging in 1964.
Denis judged Group 1 (L/H) from 1973
and Group 2 (Siam. type) from 2002
Rod is All Breeds and first judged in 1978.
Joanne is an FCCV-trained fully-qualified steward.

B. OUR BREEDING PROGRAMME SPECIALISING IN PERSIANS,
We have continually bred Best in Show winners since 1962.
Our new and very exciting venture is SINGAPURAS.

We concentrate on WHITES
(Blue-eyed, Odd-eyed and Orange-eyed),
OTHER SOLID COLOURS (dense and dilute -
especially Black and Blue)
and POINTEDS in Persians.

We have ONLY SOLID COLOUR (and Blue-cream
and Tortoiseshell) in our Persian solid colour pedigrees.
Our Himalayans are bred ONLY FROM pointed and solids.
Our Himalayans are NOT bred INTO our solid colours.

We have NO TABBIES or PATCHED cats in our Persians.

In the 40 years we have been breeding, our own cats
and our lines have created an unparalleled record of
Best in Show and Cat of the Year awards.
We are based in Melbourne and Sydney,
but our cats are owned increasingly
by breeders worldwide.

We select our Persians for -
- the smiling expression
- rounded heads
- large round eyes and short noses,
- broad muzzles and an even bite.
- large, thickset, muscular bodies
- long, flowing coat of correct colour & texture
- balanced type
- strong, healthy kittens and cats
