After private detective best friend is murdered by the criminal group Dakka; the detective seeks revenge. Using his friend's design for a suit to be worn by astronauts, the detective
creates a costume which gives him super-human speed, agility and strength.
Wearing the power suit he becomes Kaiketsu Zubat, the Swift Hero Zubat. The name
Zubat comes from the word "zubatto" which is the sound of a whip snapping.
