Kamen (masked) Riders are "kaizo ningen" (reconstructed humans or cyborgs) who take on some form of insect characteristics. Kamen Rider Agito(Shouichi Tsugami), Gills(Ryou Asihara), and G3-X(Makoto Hikawa) have to deal with all Unknown who trying ended the human being with supernatural ability. Others they also have to face the G4 which is made by the military. Shouichi was find a teenage girl name sayaka who have a supernatural ability and can control it by bracelet, but unfortunenately she drop the bracelet and the wear by Mana who also have Supernatural ability, and it makes Fukami Risako interest on her power for enhacing the power of G4 by using the supernatural ability. The final showdown between G3-X and G4 was begun.
