QUATERMASS

During a time of global social upheaval, Quatermass a professor, comes out of retirement to try and find his granddaughter. At the same time, an alien force begins harvesting the Earth's young. Also known as "Quatermass IV". A cut down version was released as a telemovie known as "Quatermass Conclusion".
