Hotkey Doncaster joined Redback Communications in 2002, a group of Melbourne based franchisees.

Peter’s business has developed to cover an expansive area and has a history of helping small business and home users with all their communication needs. Dedicated to advising and assisting their clients with innovative, tailor-made solutions at the right price, the Doncaster franchise has achieved superior customer satisfaction levels.

Hotkey Bendigo
Hotkey Bendigo is owned and operated by Matt Hourigan, a local family man, with over 25 years experience in the computer industry. Matt has a solid reputation for honesty and integrity and has helped many local businesses manage their networking environments in today’s ever changing technology landscape.

Online communications is now seen as vital to every business’s success. A number of Hotkey Bendigo’s clients have recognised this - businesses like Bendigo Windows, Bendigo Taxis, Forty Winks Bendigo and Hunt & Lobb Castlemaine - some of which have relied on Hotkey Bendigo to deliver their technology needs for over 15 years.

Hotkey Bendigo believes that by partnering with their clients and relying on competent local people to help when needed, they are able to “deliver solutions that work”.

Hotkey Forest Hill
Karl and Tamara Habres have run the Hotkey Forest Hill franchise since August 1995.

One of the longest Hotkey franchise owners, the Habres were delighted to be recognised as Hotkey’s Business Award winner in 2005.

Tamara focuses on the customer service aspects of their business while Karl, a software consultant, focuses on their clients’ solutions. Together, their wealth of experience has given them the opportunity to provide their home office and small business clients with a full suite of services and solutions.

Hotkey Brisbane Southside
Hotkey Brisbane Southside (HBS) is managed by the TechnolGROUP of companies, owned by David Coyte and Helmut Stohr. Working with HBS’s sister company, TechnolACE, these companies continue to provide their clients with customised IT solutions, using specialists that have over 25 years experience in the field.

The GROUP has enabled their clients to leverage their technology investment and reduce their costs by supporting their businesses with stable and reliable hardware and services.

A good example is Nundah Village Family Practice, a long term client, that engaged the GROUP when their IT environment failed most days. Today the Practice’s system only goes down when it is scheduled for service.

Hotkey Sydney City
Since 1998 Hotkey Sydney City has provided IT, internet, project management and communications solutions to a diverse range of businesses.

The range of products and services delivered includes a comprehensive range of internet access platforms, web hosting and email servers, firewalls and voice telephone services.

The directors, Peter Hawthorne and Peter Marshall each have over 25 years experience. Their business has a long history of providing professional advice, delivery and implementation of IT solutions and services in the Sydney metropolitan area.

Hotkey Knox

Situated in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, Hotkey Knox has been operated by Mario Pikis for almost 11 years.

Mario, who has a background in science, is proud to still have some of his original customers.  He is a strong advocate of superior backup service and support and believes this is part of the reason he has customers that have been loyal to his business for more than a decade.

Over the last 20 years, Mario has worked in various technical sales, sales management and branch management roles.  He is also a Director of Redback Communications which owns and operates a number of Hotkey franchises and has various interests in technology companies.

Redback Communications

A number of Melbourne Hotkey franchise operators recognised that by pooling their skills they could provide a greater range of services, for a larger number of clients, over a broader geographical area.  Led by Jim Haralambidis, the group formed Redback Communications.

With over 80 years experience between them, the Group has leveraged each franchise’s specialist IT skills to more effectively service the needs of their clients.

Over the last few years the business has grown to include clients in most capital cities and many regional areas.  Providing sophisticated solutions, specifically for small to medium business, as well as large scale web development and hosting services, Redback has gained a reputation as a reliable one-stop solution shop for all its clients needs.
