• Velocity's performance will vary depending on the source and format of the information the customer is downloading.

• Velocity is incompatible with some Anti Virus and Anti Spam software. A list of incompatible software that Hotkey is aware of is found here
• Your Velocity plan will continue to roll over until you contact us and you will be liable for payment until the end of the current monthly billing cycle.
• If for any reason you disagree with these terms and conditions you should call us immediately to cancel the service. By using these services you agree to the terms.
• Remember to check our web site for some sites that Hotkey has found give great acceleration.
