1. These Terms and Conditions cover the Hotkey Global Roaming Service, herein referred to as "GRS", and must be read in conjunction with Hotkey's Standard Terms and Conditions.

    

2. Use of GRS and downloading software to use GRS constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

    

3. The cost of global roaming is not included in any Hotkey Internet Access plan charges and is IN ADDITION to any Hotkey Internet Access plan charges. The iPass total will be itemised on your Hotkey invoice / statement.

    

4. CALL COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED when accessing the Internet using GRS. The region identified as "North America Toll Free", includes the cost of telephony where available.

    

5. You agree that you will pay any and all charges that result from using the GRS in accordance with the Standard Terms and Conditions

    

6. As Hotkey relies on third parties for our Global Roaming service, Hotkey provides no guarantee of being able to connect to the Internet.

    

7. You agree that you access the Internet at your own risk, that you cannot hold Hotkey or any partners liable for, and you are wholly responsible for any data and downloadable material, including viruses or download material that is questionable.

    

8. The customer will not resell iPass by any means.
