It is a small establishment for cats only, built in restful shaded surrounds in accordance with the new Code of Practice for the operation  of Boarding Establishments and registered with the Council.

The Cats' Retreat features:

  • TLC and home-away-from home care
  • premium quality  food  or requested  diet

Every cat gets personalised attention, whether for special food or cuddles

The cats live in a timber lined unit, which has above ground sleeping facilities with a basket or igloo. There is a sliding glass door which is open during the day to provide access to a private outdoor area for each cat. Heating is provided.

A separate "cat gym" is provided, equipped for cats, where they can climb, explore, sun themselves, and generally enjoy a roofed outdoor

For extra enjoyment there are large open air runs for especially energetic cats to move around in a safe external environment.
