These propellers are specially made for Direct Drive applications where engines have very little or no fly-wheel effect and
are exceptionally harsh on propellers at the root end.
Our propellers are 50mm diameter at the root end and are unique in their construction consisting of
unidirectional lay ups of carbon fibre and are solid from hub to tip.
Each blade weighs around 900 grams and is light in the outer section.
They have very low rotational inertia and we can say without doubt are one of the strongest propellers available at the root end.
We have a long history in propeller making and have made several hundred timber propellers for Jabiru Aircraft.
We now use all composite material and each blade is identical and ground adjustable.
Our propellers have been extensively tested and we have no doubts about structural integrity.
