To enter the diagnostics screens put a jumper wire across the TC and E1 connectors of the diagnostics connector. There are two diagnostic connectors, one is under the bonnet the other is under the dash board near the bonnet release switch.
Another way to enter the diagnostics screens is to hold down the "info" and "audio" buttons and switch the ignition ON ACC ON ACC.
