We are Frank and Karen Bernabo and we live on a beautiful and tranquil 10 acre property in Woori Yallock within the heart of the Yarra Valley in Victoria which is about an hour and a quarters drive from Melbourne in Australia.
 
We have been breeding under the Shaman prefix since 1985 being registered with the FCCV with Birman cats, but have now also fallen in love with the Maine Coon cats.
 
These gentle giants had our attention from the very first time that we laid eyes upon one. In the year 2008 it was Franks 50th birthday and I asked what would he like as I wanted to get him something special. Frank chose a maine coon for a desexed show pet named Apache, which we are greatful to Lyn Bunting for allowing us to have such a wonderful boy, not just in type, but in temperament as well.
 
Within only four weeks of having our first beautiful Maine Coon we had made the decision to breed these magnificent cats. We placed our order with Lilletun's Maine Coons in Norway in August 2008, and finally our two girls Lilletun's Anastasia and Lilletun's Bodil arrived in September 2009. We are very thankful to Lillian Myhre for sending the girls and entrusting us with them. They are a delight and have done well at the first two shows already. We will be looking forward to our first litters in 2010.
