For Windows 9X, XP
HABit Form Parser is a simple Windows program for decoding URL encoded text.
When designing web-page forms, a simple method of getting the input is to use
<FORM METHOD=POST ACTION="Mailto: (your email address)">.
You then receive the form input as an email attachment. Unfortunately, the input is URL encoded and quite difficult to read.
Form Parser solves this problem for you.
