A Summary of Our Beliefs.

1. We are sinners in need of God's forgiveness (Romans 3:23).
Because we have transgressed the Law of God, we are objects of his anger (Romans 2 5-6).

2. Yet God in his love has provided a Savior for us in Jesus Christ(John 3:16).
He was sent by God to suffer and die in our place, taking the punishment for our sin upon himself.
God turned his wrath away from us as it was poured out on Christ at the cross(2 Corinthians 5:21).

3. Having died, Christ also arose from the dead(Romans 4:25).
With Jesus as our risen and ascended Savior, we too can look forward to a glorious resurrection
to live eternally with God in heaven(2 Thessalonians 4:16-18).

4. Having died and rose again, Jesus Christ is both Savior and Lord.
We belong to him and must strive to live in obedience as an expression of our gratitude and
recognition of His Lordship over us(1 Thessalonians 4:3-8).
