The pathway to Banksia Cottage passes through the fernery.	The cottages are each set privately amongst the gardens.	Cottage plants grow along the pathway to Correa Cottage.
Autumn colors of the Nashi Fruit tree and the garden near one of the cottages.	Both cottages have magnificent views over the lake, the Yarra Valley and to the distant Ranges.	Guests can relax and unwind. Here they are enjoying the sunshine amongst the garden.
Spring-time in the gardens with a host of glorious colors.	Guests are free to wander around the lake and the whole 8 acre gardens.	Cottage plants have been planted around each cottage.

Comfortable Queen-sized Bed Generous and tastefully furnished bedrooms will surpass the expectations of the most discerning of visitors. The cottages have full en-suite bathroom facilities. What better way to end the day than in a comfortable bed, drifting off to nature's night sounds of country Victoria.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
A modern and well equipped kitchen area adds to that 'home away from home atmosphere' that the cottages give the visitor. Air conditioned in summer, warmly snug in winter. Full breakfast ingredients provided. Dine on the large balcony overlooking the nearby Yarra Valley and perhaps enjoy a bottle of locally produced wine.

Booking Policy as at 1st November 2000 A deposit of 50% of the booking is required to confirm the reservation.

*Book direct with Katandra Gardens for expedient arrangements. Cancellation Policy as at 1st Nov 2000 Outside of 14 days prior to arrival 15% of total accommodation cost will be kept. (Enough to cover our costs.)
Within 14 days prior to arrival or when guests fail to arrive 50% of total accommodation cost will apply.
