So if any part becomes faulty due to natural causes, then that item will be replaced under warranty, no questions asked.

Second Hand Warranty: All second hand system's/handset's sold by Kave Kommunications, comes with a standard 3 month warranty.

Unfair Wear & Tear Policy: Kave Kommunications takes no responsibility if any system or handsets is damaged by the customer.

If damaged to the system or handset has been caused by you, or a third party, then Fee For Service (FFS) will apply.

This will include a visit fee and time for fixing or replacing the affected item or items.
