Located between Canberra and Batemans Bay on the Kings Highway, Braidwood is a sleepy town nestled in a small valley. The town mainly serves for the local industries, but also suprisingly attracts tourism from passing through traffic. The cleared land, common throughout country NSW is prominent as usual, however, only 20 mins from the town towards the coast, the scenery changes immediately as the road winds its way down the Great Dividing escarpment.
