Evans Head


Evans Head, a popular holiday and fishing village is located on the north coast of NSW and at the mouth of the Evans River about 25km south of Ballina. The town, known for its strong prawning industry, has safe, quiet surf and swimming beaches with the Evans River also popular for fishing and boating activities. The town centre is quite attractive with a relatively strong shopping precinct and some great foreshore parks. Also nearby are the Bundjalung and Broadwater National Parks and Razorback Lookout which gives a great north-westerly vantage point.
