Miriam Vale

Miriam Vale is a small town located on the Bruce Highway between Bundaberg and Gladstone. Settled in 1856 by pioneer Arthur Chauvel, the town is the centre for the surrounding beef farming industries and more recently has become somewhat of a highway service centre due to its relatively remote location. Nearby are the Eurimbilla and Mt Collosseum National Parks, the picturesque seaside towns of Agnes Waters & Town of 1770. To the west is the Many Peaks Range which gives the town an excellent backdrop.
