Sale

Sale is the administrative centre of the Gippsland and lies at the eastern junction of the Princes and South Gippsland Highways. The town is convenient for exploring the nearby Gippsland Lakes, 90 Mile Beach and to a a lesser extent Wilsons Promitory. The town itself is surrounded by a complex river network and several lakes of its own - Sale's town centre is neat with the small mall at the intersection of Cunningham and Raymond Streets, as is the entrances to the town on the Princes Highway - pity my photo below doesnt compliment it (more photos to come). Those interested in model trains and signs should not miss the exquisit shop in Stratford (to the north)!
