Cake decorating (Sugarcraft) became an addiction fifteen years ago when I first went to hobby classes. Since then I have attended and taught at workshops and seminars throughout the state. I first began cake decorating with traditional fruit cake but now also make and decorate mud cakes. These are made from the best quality ingredients.
Cakes can vary in size from enough for a large function to a miniature cake suitable for one person.
All cakes are individually designed to suit the customers' requirements. Prices vary according to the size of the cake and its design.
What sort of occasion might you like a cake for? Any special occasion can be celebrated with a cake designed to reflect the significance of the occasion be it wedding, Christmas, birthday, anniversary, christening, or confirmation.
Wedding Cakes
Wedding cakes are individually designed to suit each bride and groom and can be made to follow the theme of the wedding. The cake is delivered and set up at the reception venue. I am happy to make and decorate cakes for people living out of this district and arrangements can be made for delivery of these cakes to venues in other cities within 150 kilometre radius.
With hundreds of designs to choose from there is sure to be a cake to suit everyone- from a religious design to jolly old Santa! Miniature Christmas cakes are ideal for elderly relatives, a friend or neighbour or as a thank you gift for a teacher. Christmas cakes can also be large enough to use as a centrepiece for staff celebrations and hotel/restaurant Christmas luncheons.
I particularly enjoy making sugar paste flowers aiming to have them as life like as possible.
All sugar flowers and decorations are hand made and can be ordered individually.
