Warranty

 

• I will provide 12 months Warranty on all Computer Packages sold. (Parts and Labour) Goods must be returned to base at your cost.
  Goods will only be replaced not refunded. Goods tested and found not to be faulty will incur a charge for freight and testing. 
• Warranty for goods with manufacturer warranty over 12 months eg: Hard drives, will be returned for customers to the Manufacturer but freight must be paid ONE way, as well as a $15 service fee.
• Large items sent back under Warranty (eg: monitors) without correct packaging, will also incur a $25 repacking fee.
• Special Warranty Details: Printers - Purchaser should ring Epson, Canon or Hewlett Packard for details of local agents.
