There are no offensive pictures here.
2 platoon completed 318 operational days in the jungles of Phuoc Tuy Province from May 1970 to June 1971.
The pictures are placed in groups although they were not necessarily taken at the same time. I went through four cheaper type cameras in Vietnam, it was the humidity that killed them and some rolls of film were also damaged. Consequently most of the pictures available here were taken during the dry season. I also had a Canon SLR camera which I used when not on operations.
The simple cameras restricted pictures to good lighting, something that was not always available below the canopy in the jungle. So I usually waited for a clearing or where the light came through the canopy to take some pictures. So if the jungle doesn't appear to be thick, you know the reason.
