Alec E. J. Bell,21.The private rifleman with 7RAR died at 24 US Evac.Hospital, Long Binh, on January 29 1968 of wounds received during an enemy contact in Bien Hoa.

Ronald J. Bell, 22.The conscript rifleman with 2RAR was killed by a Viet Cong mine in Phouc Tuy November 30 1967

Graeme R. Belleville, 32 While with the Australian Army Training Team Vietnam, as a temporary Captain, and was killed in action at Ai Van pass on the "Freedom Road" Highway I, 15 Kms north of Da Nang, February 1966. He was awarded the Republic of Vietnam Medal of Honour, First Class

Ronald W. Betts,23. Betts was co-pilot of one of two Bushranger gunships called in to give direct support to Australians from 3RAR. Two Australian soldiers were lying wounded between the bunkers. Betts was killed when 20 rounds of enemy fire struck the gunship, forcing it to land at a near by fire support base. He was the first RAAF pilot killed in action in Vietnam

Bernd G.F. Binder, 21. The private rifleman with 9RAR was killed accidentally when lightning exploded a Claymore mine he was setting up in Bien Hoa Province October 27 1969

Martin Bink,25. The lance corporal with 9RAR was blown apart by a Claymore mine in Phuoc Tuy on November 5 1969, eight days before he was due to come home.

Raymond P. Binning, 21.The private rifleman with 2RAR was killed in action in Bien Hoa Province January 20, 1968, at the height of the Tet Offensive

Michael J. Birchell,22.The private rifleman with B Company 6RAR was killed in action at Dat Do, Phuoc Tuy, February 17, 1967. He died trying to save two wounded comrades during an assault on an enemy position

Thomas Bernie, 31. Bernie did two tours of Vietnam as platoon sergeant of 4 Platoon B Company 2RAR , 1967 -68 during which he was wounded, and in 1970 -71. He died of wounds at 1 Australian Field Hospital in the early hours of March 25. 1971, after being accidentally shot the previous morning by a sentry while re-entering his owm platoon area.

Robert Birse, 33.The Artillery Lieutenant with 4 Field Regiment died of grenade wounds at Phouc Tuy on Decenber 10 1967.An Australian soldier was charged with his murder, convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to five years jail and dishonourable discharge, but the sentence was later quashed on appeal.

Trevor R. Black, 21. The private rifleman with 9RAR who was engaged to be married , was shot in the head during a contact in Long Khanh Province on April 10 1969.

Thomas D. Blackhurst,24. The temporary Corporal after serving with 7RAR returned to serve with AATTV and died in Phuc Tuy on 17/4/71. When Blackhurst was controlling a dust off mission, the helicopter was hit by Lt Machine Gun fire and crashed striking Cpl Blackhurst with the rotor blades.

Wayne A. Blanck,28. Known as "Snowy" and code named "Cherry Top" In Vietnam. Blanck was killed during an action against the Viet Cong at a outpost called Trieu Duc, near Da Nang on September 20 1966

Alan C. Bloxsom. On March 31 1971 Bloxsom was a crewman on a dustoff helicopter called to evacuate troops north of Nui Dat . Because of mortar fire the helicopter was directed to to a ground position to pick up casualties. Because of poor visability he overshot the friendly position and came to hover 3m above the trees over a smoke marker fired by the enemy . Bloxsom was hit by enemy fire which peppered the helicopter and died in hospital

Kenneth J. Boardman, 22.The armoured corps corporal with Headquaters 1 Task Force was killed in Phuoc Tuy on June 1971. Just a few days after proposing to his girlfriend in a letter home.

John A. Bond, 39.An armoured corps Advisor attached to the 7 South Vietnamese Cavalry, the Warrant Officer was killed in action at 5.30 am during a enemy mortar and ground attack in Quang Tri Province, 150kms north of Da Nang on Anzac day 1969

Douglas G. Borlace, 24. He Was killed in Phuoc Tuy, July 15,1968, when his APC ran over a mine during a reconnaissance mission.

Micheal A. (Stoney) Bourke, 19. The private with C Company 1RAR was killed on June 26 1965, soon after arrivingin Vietnam.

Donald M. Bourne, 35. The major with C Company 5RAR was killed in action at Xa An Nhut, Phuoc Tuy, the morning of his 35th birthday. St, Valentine's Day February 14, 1067, from an M26 grenade booby trap.

Robert W. Bowtell,33. The corporal with 3 Field Troop died from the effects of carbon monoxide poisoning after exploring a Viet Cong tunnel at Ben Cat, January 11 1966

Dennis H. Bracewell,21. The forward scout with 6RAR was wounded at Ap My An, Phuoc Tuy , March 23 1967 and died at 2 Field Ambulance, Vung Tau, seven days later. He had been in Vietnam six weeks.

Gregory V. Brady ,22. He was accidentally killed while planting an M16 "jumping jack " mine at Phuoc Tuy, May 20 1967.

Peter J. Bramble, 21. A sapper with 1 Field Squadron, he died of shocking wounds in 1 Australian Field Hospital, Vung Tau, 5-1/2 hours after he was injured in a mine explosion in Phuoc Tuy on May 22 1969

David J. Brennan,22.The rifleman corporal with 9RAR died from frag wounds during during an enemy mortar attack just after midnight on June 6 1969

John Bressington,23.Promoted to lance corporal in the field only days before a VC booby trap killed him in an action in Phuoc Tuy on March 6 1970

William J. Brett,21. A dawn ambush on 30,1967,killed Brett along with four other Australian soldiers when the VC ambushed their army vehicle in Dat Do, East , Phuoc Tuy.

Kevin F. Brewer,22. Rifleman Brewer and fellow Keith Shaw of D Company died of gunshot wounds during a search-and-destroy mission, Operation Trackduster, on Route 15, near Thai Thien on October 8 1968.

Dennis L. Brooks,22. The sapper with 1 Field Squadron was wounded when an M16 mine exploded accidentally during the laying of a "barrier " mine field at the Horseshoe,may 1967. He died of wounds at 24 US Evac. Hospital Long Binh 13 days later.

Edward F. Brophy,22. Private Brophy died in Phuoc Tuy on August 6 1967.
