	Timo E. A. Pesonen,21. A mine explosion killed him in Phuoc Tuy on February 28 1970 , two days before his 21st birthday.
	Bror O. Petersen, 25. He died after suffering frag wounds to the head on January 10 1966 at Ben Cat, Phuoc Tuy.
	Victor N. Petersen, 23. He died from blast wounds during an enemy contact on February 16 19 69 west of route 15, Phuoc Tuy during Operation Goodwood.
	Trevor G Petith. Expected home for midway R&R , his holiday was cancelled and his family did not see him alive again. " He did come home sadly, just to be buried" Betty Wood says.
	John G. Pettit, 3. A member of the AATTV the WO2 did three tours of Vietnam with the US Forces. Wounded in action on June 22 1966, he died in Dok Seong April 4 1970.
	Leslie J. Pettit, 21. He died in action from an enemy mine explosionon July 4 1969.
	Noel C. Pettitt, 21. He lost both legs in a mine explosion on November 27 1967 and died of his wounds the same day in 8 Field Ambulance Vung Tau.
	O'Brien C. Phillips, 32. In October 1967 the petty officer was sent with 41 RAN officers and ratings, to join the US Army's 135th Assault Battalion in Vietnam, where he died after an RPG hit his helicopter and caused it to ditch and explode on August 21 1968. He was three weeks from the end of his tour of duty.
	Reginald A. Phillips, 21. The private died of gunshot wounds on January 28 1969 in 1 Australian Field Hospital, after being wounded in Bien Hoa.
	Thomas D. Phillips, 38. Posted to Vietnam as a WO2 with the AATTV and attached to the 423 Regional Force Company ARVN, he died of his wounds, on March 21 1966, two days after he was shot in the abdomen in Lo Duc near Da Nang.
	Geoffrey A. Pike, 20. Shot by VC , he died from wounds to the chest and leg in Long Khanh on April 4 1969.
	Douglas B. Plain, 22. He died accidentally when his APC collided with a South Vietamese army truck in Bien Hoa in March 1968.
	Bruce J. Plane, 21. He was killed on January 20 1969 in Bien Hoa while serving with 9RAR, three months after arriving in Vietnam.
	Gary R. Polglase, 20. Posted to 3RAR as a dog handler and tracker, the private rifleman was killed accidentally on April 13 1968 at Nui Dat.

	Daryl Poulson, 20. Killed in an enemy contact in Phouc Tuy on April 3 1970, his body was not recovered until the following day.
	Robert E. Power, 22. He died in a enemy contact on May 8 1970 in Phouc Tuy.
	Douglas R. J. Powter, 21. On the morning of February 6 1967 fire from 161 New Zealand Field Battery fell short in 6RAR D Company's location, west of Song Rai in Operation Tambourine. Four Australians, including Powter and the CSM of D coy. WO Jack Kirby, were killed and 13 members of the Company were wounded.
	Noel A. Pracy, 20 The rifleman private died of acute alcholic poisoning in Taipei, Taiwan on November 18 1966. There are conflicting accounts of the circumstances of Pracy's death and members of the family insist that he did not drink.
	Kevin J Prior, 22. Prior had four weeks to serve in Vietnam with 9RAR when VC shot him in the head in Bien Hoa on October 2 1969.

	Anthony V. Quigley, 21. He died on November 5 1968 during enemy contact on night patrol. His family declined the offer of a military funeral and expressed grief for all families who lost loved ones--- including the Vietnamese.
	Stanely E. Radomi, 22. Rocket fire from a US helicopter accidentally killed Radomi during an American demonstration of fire power at 1 Australian Taskforce Base, Nui Dat on September 28 1967.
	Francis L. Raffen, 41. The career soldier enlisted 12 month after the end of WW11 and remained in the army until he died of a heart attack in the field in Thua Thien Province on August 7 1970.
	Joseph S. Ramsay, 22. Blast injuries during an enemy contact in Bien Hoa killed the rifleman private from 4 RAR/NZ on January 31 1969-- which took the lives of six Australian troops and wounded 13 others.
	John M. Rands, 22. He was killed in action on December 12 1968 during an enemy contact in Bien Hoa.
