John R. Rapp, 22. The rifleman private was shot dead in the chest during an enemy contact in Phuoc Tuy on March 29 1968.

Paul F. Reidy, 21. He was blasted to death by a mine during a four -day land clearing operation in Dat Do, on May 25 1969. Four South Vietnamese troops and five Australians were wounded in the explosion.

Alexander Remeljej, 21. The rifleman private had four weeks left of his tour when the enemy attacked the unit's position and he was killed by an exploding mine.

Brian Rennie, 21 The rifleman private died in 24 US Evac. Hospital, 11 hours after VC troops shot him in the head in Phuoc Tuy on September 7 1969.

Terrence J. Renshaw, 22. He died accidentally when his own mine exploded during a mine-laying explosion in Xa Hoi, Phuoc Tuy on May 30 1967.

Maxwell L. Rhodes,22. Rhodes died accidentally from a gunshot wound to the head in a friendly clash between 10 and 11 platoons in Phuoc Tuy on the morning of September 19 1971.

Adrian W. Rich, 21. He was wounded in an enemy contact at Dat Do on February 17 1967. He died of his wounds in Nui Dat.

Neil T. Richardson, 23. The lance corporal was killed in action in Phuoc Tuy on August 27 1970.

Phillip M. Richter, 21. He was killed by a mine explosion on February 28 1970, along with eight other Australians.

Wayne M. Riley, 19. Posted to 6RAR as a rifleman private VC troops shot him in an enemy contact in Dat Do. He later died of his wounds.

Kerry P. Rinkin, 21. The Lieutenant was wounded by a mine blast on April 7 1967 he died of his wounds in 2 Field Ambulance, Vung Tau, three hours later.

Jeremy C. Rivett, 24. An enemy mine killed him in Phouc Tuy on November 1967.

Arthur J. Robertson. Five days after he contracted malaria on December 1 1967 and was admitted to 17 US Field Base Hospital, the WO2 with the AATTV died of illness in the 3 US Field Hospital, Siagon.

Michael R. Robertson, 20. A guard at the gate of 1 Australian Logistical Support Group shot Robertson in the head on Christmas Eve 1969.

John Rogers, 22. A rifleman private with 2RAR, he was shot in the face in an enemy contact on February 10 1968 in Bien Hoa.

Kerry M. Rooney, 23. He died in an enemy contacton February 17 1967 in Dat Do, Phuoc Tuy.

Christopher W. Roost, 22. He was killed in action at lunchtime on December 23 1968 in Bien Hoa.

Grant S. Ross, 27. Ross died accidentally when a mine that he was inspecting blew up at Nui Dat on February 9 1971.

Thomas Ross, 25. The lance corporal died of wounds from an enemy mine in Ben Cat, Bien Hoa on October 12 1965.

James Ruddy, 32. He suffered a heart attack in Siagon on May 30 1967 and died that day.

Arthur Ruduss, 29. He died of wounds to his back in Phuoc Tuy on June 12 1966. His mother did not know her son was in Vietnam.

Douglas J. Salveron, 20. He died on August 18 1966 in The Battle of Long Tan. Described in The Soldiers' Story, By Terry Burstall "I called out to Doug... and Shorty yelled back that Doug was dead. It was about then that Shorty got killed when he got hit with a great burst of automatic fire

Ronald W. Salzmann, 24. He died of injuries after falling under a trailer on April 14 1971 in Vung Tau, Phuoc Tuy.

Richard W. Sandow, 20. On the third anniversary of his enlistment he was blown up by an enemy mine in Phuoc Tuy. He enlisted on February 21 1964.

>Christopher J. Sawtell, 19. He was killed by an enemy mine in the Battle of Coral in Bien Hoa.

Grantley J. Scales, 22. Scales was in B Coy when he was accidentally killed by a gunshot wound from his own unit, after he walked outside its perimeter in Bien Hoa on March 5 1969.

Martinus J. M. Schuit, 23. He died in 24 Evac. Hospital, on October 22 1970, after he fell from a truck in Vung Tau and fractured his skull on October 4 1970.

Ian J. Scott, 21. He arrived in Vietnam on May 9 1968. Four days later he died in a mine blast in Operation Coral in Bien Hoa.

Ian N. Scott, 21. The APC in which he was traveling struck an enemy mine which killed him and injured three other crewman, on June 15 1970

Ronald A. Scott, 37. A sniper shot him in Quang Tri Province on September 10 1965 and died of his wounds in Chu Lai OSMC Hospital.

Ronald Seiler, 28. Seiler was travelling in a jeep in Phuoc Tuy early on the morning of December 16 1967 when the vehicle, which was carring a crew of six, was ambushed by the enemy at close range, and all were killed. Ronald Seiler was a WO2 AATTV advisor who worked out of the Bin Ba compound. WO2 Henderson, also an advisor with AATTV was killed with him at the time of the ambush in the Bin Ba rubber plantation, together with 4 South Vietnamese soldiers. They were in a sole vehicle and the condition of the road was green at the time.
