Australian School of Needlework

The Australian School of Needlework currently offers textile research journeys to France and United Kingdom.

Interested textile enthusiasts can enjoy the ambience of the Villa des Roses with well-known contemporary art embroiderer Val Holmes and her husband Claude Vallin of Nantes.

The British workshops are held with the Royal School of Needlework in Hampton Court Palace Surrey. A chance to share the luxury of embroidery in prestigious Hampton Court.

For the United Kingdom sessions, a weekend excursion bridges the classes with the Royal School of Needlework and shows participants appreciation of embroideries in historic collections.
