Re-edited episodes from the television series "Cliffhangers: The Curse of Dracula", into a telemovie. Count Dracula, vampire; lives in San Francisco and teaches history at South Bay (Evening) College. Through his teaching, he finds new victims, while fending off his enemies Von Helsing. There was also a second telemovie made from re-edited episodes:- "World of Dracula".
