Started in 1985 and filmed over a four and a half year period, The Magic Portal is an epic 16 minute stop motion extravaganza shot on an old wind up Bolex 16mm camera. A gang of LEGOnauts on a massive spaceship suddenly discover The Magic Portal - an amazing doorway to adventures and danger in other dimensions and realms. Everything starts to come apart when the Portal reveals the truth of their cosy little world.
