MAX HEADROOM

It is the future and it is illegal to turn off your television, and televisions are given to the needy. Edison Carter is a roving reporter for Network 23. Carter becomes involved in an experiment to create a computer-generated personality, "Max Headroom". Together they fight crime, defeat rival television stations and report stories.
