THE PEOPLE'S CHOICE

Socrates 'Sock' Miller, is elected to the city council of Barkerville. Sock secretly marries his girlfriend Mandy and they then try to hide the marriage from her father, the Mayor. Sock also has an unusual basset hound named Cleo who can talk and comment on her master's actions.
