It starts out as a look back on clips from "Power Rangers In Space". Then a computerized talking van named P.A.L.S. (Production Automated Location Studio) takes over the show. Bulk and Skull are controlling P.A.L.S. in a hope wreck the special. Monsters turn up, chasing Bulk and Skull across the Saban Studios lot.
