Well, nothing much here yet. The intention is to fill this page with the most commonly asked or discussed things from the forum so that less information is repeated.

In the meantime can anyone tell me what causes the soft lumps in the picture below. They are like "blowouts" and are full of milk. This goat was giving 6-7 litres a day when they first appeared.

My guess would be that the most frequently asked question will be how to produce milk in winter. If any of you can provide information on this it will be appreciated by all. Include info about what wasn't so successful for you too.
