Tara Valley produce three varieties of Passionfruit, they are all highly desirable for their high yields and disease resistance.

The fruit has a distinctive and refreshing flavour which is sweet and tangy to the palate.

Ideal eaten fresh from the shell, used as a stopping, fruit salad additive or frozen into a delicious and healthy ice treats for kids.


The plant will thrive in a warm, sunny position and will produce crops of fruit during summer and winter in most areas.


 

Fertilise in Spring and Summer with organic manure or slow release fertilise for best results.

The Grafted Black is grafted onto a vigorous disease resistant rootstock, while the seed grown Panama varieties come in Red and Gold and are also very high yielding.
