HOT FINANCIAL TIP OF THE MONTH:- August/September 2001

This months topic is targeted at the Retirement sector.

Do you know that for a couple, if you have under $400,000 in assessable assets and receive an income of around $640 per week, that you may still qualify for a part pension. And to receive the Pension card, recent changes make this facility very accessable to most retirees out there.

Another tip to access more Social Security Pension, is the use of a Complying Pension Stream through a Super' Platform. The most suitable vehicle for this is a "Self Managed' Fund. With this type of investment the loss of control of your money can be avoided.

There are many advisers currently heading down this form of investment path for the retiree. I would suggest that if you are currently not receiving a pension or are receiving a small part pension then you should be seeking some advise on the matter. There may be a window of opportunity open to you to receive better Government and self funded pension income.

This is a very important subject and one that is presently opening up to current retirees and future "Baby Boomer" retirees. I suggest that if you are in these categories that you seek professional advice as soon as possible. I would like to remind anyone interested that my personal service is available, initially free of charge, for any one that is interested.

Hot Share Tip for the Month....

At this point in time I very much fancy two "Blue Chips".
    They are Telstra and AGL.
For the long term investor these both look good value. Both have good fundamentals and should look to go ahead once the world economy turns.
