This group is elected from the participates attending the centre or anyone who is interested in attending meetings. They meet every second Wednesday in the month. Decisions discussed in staff meetings are put before this group for their discussion and imput, and the same happens with ideas from the ONCOR group. Some discussions have been around drug and alcohol issues, assisting in the daily running of the centre and care of environment. This group is convened when there is an incident in the centre involving violent behaviour. It is made up of two participants and two staff members. Those involved in the incident are advised of the meeting and can attend, but the meeting will go ahead whether they attend or not. The results of these meetings may be apologies requested or suspension from the centre for a period of time. This committee is not convened often.
